Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Counsellors to join our admissions team. The role involves reaching out to parents from the given database, explaining school details, creating interest, encouraging them to visit the campus, and following up until admissions are closed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to the given parent database to share information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
- Convince and invite parents to visit the school for admission enquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Handle queries politely, confidently, and professionally.
- Submit daily work reports including calls made, visits scheduled, and follow-ups.
- Work on admission targets and achieve monthly goals.
- Ensure on-time reporting to management with updates on daily/weekly activities.
- Assist in admission events, open houses, and counselling sessions when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer service (experience in education sector preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented attitude.
- Ability to maintain a positive approach and engage with parents effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp follow-ups).
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation (any stream).
