A passionate educator with a lifelong commitment to nurturing young minds, Mr. Surendra Naidu Bandi is the Founder and CEO of Urban International School. With a unique blend of academic credentials, including double post-graduation in Chemistry and English, and a B.Ed. degree, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of education.
Mr Naidu worked in different teaching and leadership roles across India in CBSE and State Board institutions, including Delhi Public Schools and was recognized by parents and students for his contributions to education. As a forward-thinking educator, Mr. Naidu is leveraging NEP 2020 to revolutionize the education sector. By focusing on skill-based education and project-based learning, he aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to address global challenges and support the realization of UNICEF’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Having completed M.Tech from Ramappa Engineering College, with a strong academic foundation in Computer Science and IT, Priyanka has established herself as a visionary educator, Asst. Professor for 7 years, and entrepreneur cum driving force behind Propel Technologies since 2011.
At Urban International School Priyanka brings her wealth of experience, passion for education, and visionary leadership to shape the next generation of leaders. Her presence on our leadership team is a promise of academic excellence, innovative thinking, and a nurturing environment that fosters growth, creativity, and character development.
